- Visit the official website of DIB
- Sign into your account with the correct credentials
- Tap on ‘Relationship Summary’
- From the cards section, choose the card(s) you want to block
- Click on the ‘Card Blocking’ option
- Choose a reason for blocking the card and further request card replacement if required
- Review the provided details and choose your security question & answer
- Confirm to block your card
Via Mobile Banking
- Install the bank’s app and register your account
- Log in with your username and password
- Move to the ‘credit cards’ section
- Choose the card you wish to block
- Click ‘Manage Card’
- Hit the ‘Block Card’ option
Via WhatsApp Banking
- Register your account on WhatsApp
- Follow the on-screen prompts
- Choose option 8, i.e., Card Block and Replacement
Via Phone Banking
- Dial 046092222 from your registered mobile number
- Speak ‘I lost my card’ after being connected to the virtual assistant

- From the list, select the card you want to unblock

- Register your account on WhatsApp
- Follow the on-screen prompts and choose the correct option for unblocking your card
Via Phone Banking
- Dial 046092222 from your registered mobile number
- Say the valid prompt to the virtual assistant
- Follow the on-call instructions
