Via Phone
Get in touch with the customer support team by dialling 600527223. Next, follow the IVR instructions to change your CBD credit card PIN.
Via SMS
Send an SMS to 4266 from your registered mobile number. Here is the SMS format —
CPIN <space> the last 4 digits of card number <space> 4 digit clear PIN
Via ATM
Visit your nearest ATM and choose the ‘PIN Services’ option. Follow the steps as prompted to generate a new CBD credit card PIN.
