Via Phone Banking

Dial +971600599995 to connect with the bank’s 24/7 call centre. Use your registered mobile number.
Press the relevant key to select your preferred language.
Choose ‘Card Activation’.
Press the key that says ‘Existing Customer’.
Follow the on-call prompted instructions to successfully generate your Emirates Islamic credit card PIN.

Via ATM

Visit your nearest Emirates Islamic ATM.
Insert the card into the machine.
You will be prompted to request an authentication code.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number.
Create a new 4-digit PIN of your choice and confirm it.
