SEWA smart app is a bilingual mobile application available in English and Arabic as well as android and iOS versions. Besides allowing users to pay SEWA bills, this smart app also provides the following functionalities:

- Submit a disconnection request to SEWA
- The connection and disconnection department will assign a technician
- The technician will visit your property, get all essential details like last metre readings, and forward the same to the closing account section
- SEWA will process the details and generate a bill with all the outstanding payments
- You would need to settle the dues if your outstanding bill exceeds the security deposit
- After all the outstanding dues are cleared, a clearance certificate will be issued for SEWA disconnection
