As an Emirates NBD credit card holder, you can generate your 4-digit PIN through these 3 major channels —

Internet Banking

Via Services

Visit the official website of Emirates NBD.
Use your credentials to log into your account.
Select ‘Apply for New Service’ before choosing ‘Prepaid/Debit/Credit Cards’.
Hit ‘Change PIN- Prepaid/Debit/Credit Card’.
Select your card and enter a new PIN.
Submit the PIN after confirming.
Once you receive the OTP, open the mobile app and slide to confirm.

Via Homepage

Sign into your Emirates NBD account and choose your card/account.
Click on the image of the card and hit ‘Settings’.
Select ‘Change PIN’ and enter a new PIN.
After you hit ‘Submit’, an authentication will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Open the bank’s mobile app and slide to confirm.
Type in the Smart Pass PIN to instantly generate a PIN.

Install the bank’s official application on your smartphone.
Sign in and choose your account/card.
After clicking on the image of the card, hit ‘Settings’ and ‘Change PIN’.
Enter a new code and confirm.

Confirm the newly entered code and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Visit your nearest Emirates NBD ATM.
Insert the card into the machine and enter the current 4-digit PIN.
Select ‘Other Services’ and choose ‘PIN Change’.
Set up a new Emirates NBD credit card PIN and confirm it.
