Via Services
- Visit the official website of Emirates NBD.
- Use your credentials to log into your account.
- Select ‘Apply for New Service’ before choosing ‘Prepaid/Debit/Credit Cards’.
- Hit ‘Change PIN- Prepaid/Debit/Credit Card’.
- Select your card and enter a new PIN.
- Submit the PIN after confirming.
- Once you receive the OTP, open the mobile app and slide to confirm.
Via Homepage
- Sign into your Emirates NBD account and choose your card/account.
- Click on the image of the card and hit ‘Settings’.
- Select ‘Change PIN’ and enter a new PIN.
- After you hit ‘Submit’, an authentication will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Open the bank’s mobile app and slide to confirm.
- Type in the Smart Pass PIN to instantly generate a PIN.
